A person similar to an enabler. They frequently try to "rescue" alcoholics, addicts, or others suffering from similar compulsive disorders. These are often partners of alcoholics or addicts.

This leads to mental illness such as depression and anxiety when not properly handled. When you are overwhelmed, you experience a lot of this.
What is stress
Activities and behaviors that include regular showering, healthy and consistent eating habits, and allowing yourself time to relax.

This means that your actions align with your values.

A emergency medication designed to reverse the effects of an opioid overdose

A person who grew up in an alcoholic or addicted home and exhibits tendencies similar to alcoholics themselves. (Hint, they have an acronym and their own meetings)
What is an Adult Child of an Alcoholic or Addict (ACOA).
When you are lied to, manipulated, and made to feel as though you are going crazy or are the bad person, you experience this.
