What is the container size for alcohol in the Morse Complex?
Residents of legal drinking age will limit container size to 12oz or less. Large containers are not permitted in any residence hall area (e.g. kegs).

What are the steps for completing a lock-out for Summer Campers?
Campers • Ask the camper for the following information and check it against our roster in the binder: Name, Camp Name, Room Number, and Swipe Card Number. • If everything checks out, fill out the LOCK OUT LOG portion of the binder. • Close down the desk and perform the lock out.

List 3 reasons we can enter a Residence Hall Room
• In an emergency • Ensure the health and safety of residents and facility • Regular inspection or maintenance • In the event of extreme hazard involving the potential loss of life or severe property damage. • When noise from a room is causing an undue disturbance to the surrounding community • All residence hall rooms are entered by residence hall staff after winter closing in order to secure the room for the break period (close windows, check for proper heater functioning, etc.) • Any other legally permissible interest of the University

What is the process of switching work shifts?
• Contact your supervisor(s) via email. • Update the duty schedule or reception center schedule on the w:drive. • All trades should be equal in regards to time.

How soon before staff meeting do you need to inform Professional Staff to be excused because of illness?

What happens if damages occur in the residence halls?
If damage occurs to the hall, the counselors/staff of that conference are expected to work with the Conference Coordinator to determine responsibility. If a specific guest is not found to be responsible, the conference is responsible for charges.

What classifies smoking in the Residence Halls?
Smoking includes but is not limited to: cigarettes, hookahs, pipes and any electronic smoking devices (i.e. E-cigs, vapor pens or any other vaporizers).

What information do you need when contacting JETZ?
If there is a problem reported with any laundry machine, you will call JETZ directly to report the issue. You will need to provide the machine number, location, and issue.

Who is charge of finding someone to cover your shift if you need to miss an assigned shift (emergencies are fine)?
If staff are scheduled to work, but require time off, the responsibility for finding coverage falls on the staff needing coverage.
