No… only Kari has the ability to remove A child from camp.

No you surely can‘t.

How can you productively deal with a camper who is having a meltdown and refusing to comply to your directions?
Compromising is a good way to go
Is it ever okay to allow a child to be on your phone?
No
Give an example of how you would care for a child that just hit their head off the ground.
Ask them if they are okay, Have them sit and get them an ice pack and then ask if they are dizzy or feel sick. And then write a report about what happened.
