What is the camp staff cell phone policy?
Staff cell phones (as well as Apple Watches aside from telling time) should not be used unless during your break. SRD Iphone/Ipod with Apple Music will be provided for staff use (Music, Trivia, Movies) as well as SRD Landlines for phone calls. Staff should not have headphones/air pods in while at camp, even on field trips. Staff should be using this time to monitor student conversation and bus behaviors.

Who will be signing the campers in at the beginning of the day?
TASIA will be outside greeting parents & campers while taking ALL CAMP Attendance.

What is the camp "Time Off/Absence" policy?
If you need time off, we require at least 14 working days’ notice so we can make arrangements for a substitute. If you have a medical/family emergency, please let us know as soon as possible. The Camp Director must approve all absences/time off. Please monitor your working time via your timesheet or Homebase

What time should groups get into their camp lines after morning recess?
8:50am groups should line up to be in their lines by 8:55am
Where should campers have a break from the group/activity?
Keep the participant in the same area as the group (just distanced) and return him/her to the group activity after only a few minutes when the behavior has stabilized and he/she appears “ready” to rejoin the group. Be sure the break is not actually a reward that allows the child to avoid the disliked activity.

What are 4 things on the Summer Camp Dress Code?
Staff shirts must be worn at all times every Monday as well as Field Trips. No Exceptions. Camp shirts may not be altered (i.e. cutting sleeves, cutting neck). Shorts must be fingertip length. Please wear closed toed shoes at all times (sneakers or crocs). Swimsuits may be worn for appropriate field trips, underneath your Staff Shirt. No dangly jewelry or excessively torn clothing. Lightly torn jeans are permitted. Clothing should be loose and comfortable enough to be active. Tank tops must be at least 2 fingers in width. Shirts must fully cover cleavage. No crop tops. No clothing promoting drug/alcohol.profane language permitted.

What is the camp late policy for parent pick ups?
If they do not have permission to go to open areas at 3pm then they should always be signed out by a parent or guardian or someone the parent or guardian has given permission. In such a case, we are held responsible for that child until they are picked up; therefore do not let them out of your sight. There is a policy in place that charges parents $0.50 per minute after 3pm. We will strictly hold to this policy as staff must have campers picked up by 3pm to initiate end of the clean up and then get to the staff meeting at 3:15pm.
