A juicy fruit that's green on the outside and red on the inside that we eat in the summer.

How the weather feels when the temperature is very high and we like to stay inside in the air conditioning or cool off in the pool.

Something we do in the water for good exercise and is fun.
What is swimming?
Someplace you can build a sand castle and go swimming.

Something you wear when you go swimming.
What is a bathing suit?
A cool summer drink made from lemons and sugar.
What is lemonade?
How the weather starts to feel after the cold winter months.
What is warm?
Something we play on the field with a ball.
What is soccer?
Someplace you can go play on slides, swings, and the monkey bars.
What is the park?
This protects our skin from the sun.
What is sunscreen?
A cold refreshing snack that we eat for dessert in a bowl or on a cone
What is ice cream?
How the weather can be when the sun is shining brightly and we may need to wear sunglasses to protect our eyes.
What is sunny?
Something that you may do in the summer for vacation when you sleep outside in tents and sit by a campfire.
What is camping?
Someplace you stay when you are camping with friends or family.
What is a campsite or the forest?
These are bottoms you wear during summer.
A cold snack that we have in the summer to cool off that's on a stick.
What is a popsicle?
Something that we may need to wear in the rain to stay dry.
What is a jacket?
Something you do in the summer for good exercise that you have to wear a helmet for.
What is riding your bike?
Someplace where you go on big rides and play games.
What is Playland or an amusement park?
We wear these on our feet in the summer.
What are sandals?
A way that we eat outside on a blanket like we did in our classroom last week!
What is a picnic?
Something that we use to keep ourselves dry in the rainy Spring days.
