What are personal strengths?
Everyone has the right to access this. Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 protects access to this specifically for people with disabilities.

The ability to lead or guide other people
What are leadership skills?
When I focus on my strengths (what I am good at) when making decisions about my future instead of just focusing on my weaknesses (what I am not so good at)
What is a “Strengths-Based” approach?
An inclusive post-secondary (after high school) education program designed to support students with disabilities to attend college

The ability to influence and guide other people
