When do you stop performing CPR?
1. You see an obvious sign of life, such as breathing.

3. Responder or EMS personnel take over.
4. Too tired to continue
Give reasoning for prohibiting excessive altered shirts such as: crop tops, open back tank tops, cutoffs with chest and back showing, sports bras, etc..
Tops that cover the mid-section and majority of chest/back area prevent MRSA, ringworm, etc. from being passed from skin to pad/mat contact
We operate under a philosophy of creating a safe and welcoming environment for all members and patrons.
Excessive altered shirts contribute to excessive sweat and moisture, which can damage equipment and contribute to virus transmission.

Can you use an AED device on someone who is pregnant? On an infant? On a person who is wet?
Yes.
Pediatric pads used if person is 8 years or younger. If no pediatric pads Standard (adult) pads may be used if pediatric pads are not available. If using standard (adult) pads, do not let the pads touch. (1 adult pad on front and 1 adult pad on back).
If the victim is lying in water, move him or her to a relatively dry area before using the AED.
Why do we have different directions on the track on different days?
As you go around the corners on a track or travel on a round track, your legs do not experience the same thing. The leg on the inside of the curve or corner is traveling a shorter distance and hitting at a slightly different angle than the leg on the outside of the curve. Over a long time, this can affect your ankles and leg muscles negatively. Switching up the direction on different days means you get more equal training on both legs if you run several times a week.
