If you need to be reached, please make sure the administrator knows you are waiting for an important call.

You may not text, leave a message on the answering machine or speak to another staff member.

How much in advance does time off requests need to be put in? 

If no one is off, and then submit a leave Request with via BambooHR the date and time you will be absent and submit to the administrator at least 2 weeks in advance.

Who should complete the incident report form?

All staff members involved must fill out and sign the appropriate report form immediately of the incident.

How many videos and pictures need to be sent daily for each child? 

1 video and 2 pictures

Why are cell phones not allowed in the classrooms? 

Your primary responsibility and attention must be with the children in your care. Active Supervision

What is the latest you should call "the right person" when you are calling out? 

Please do not call your Leader after 10:00 p.m.

To request time off, first check the school calendar to make sure no one else is off before putting in a leave request.

Any staff disregarding this policy may be placed on immediate probation or terminated.

 The best interests of the children and program and is needed to permit the scheduling of a qualified substitute.

When should the staff remind the Administrator of the time off request, if it is not approved yet? 

 It is your responsibility to remind the administrator of leave requested at least 48 hours prior to the requested day off just in case the administrator has not signed off on your request.

How often are incident reports reviewed and by who? 

Monthly the Compliance Team will meet to review all incidents during the Risk Mitigation Meeting held on the last Monday of each month.
