Clear area and prevent crowding. Radio for staff to call DPS. Move patron if there are hazards and support head gently with hands or a towel underneath. Time seizure and move patron onto their side to help with breathing once seizure has stopped.

A group that reserved the East gym for 2 hours, all moves to the pool. They did not discuss with Chad ahead of time to use pool. There are enough gaurds to watch the large group, plus patrons already in pool. How would you handle the situation?
Let them know they only paid for the reservation slot and if they are wanting to use the pool, they would all have to pay 7 dollars to use the pool.
