What is NO? An Authorized Payee is someone designated by SSA (Social Security Administration) to receive and disperse Social Security funds on the behalf of an individual. The Oregon Money Management Program (OMMP) is one of our internal OAA (Older Americans Act) programs where a consumer may qualify to have their funds managed by this program. The consumer is referred through ADRC. Alternate Payees will need to contact SSA for information regarding the consumer's finances.

What are Adult Foster Homes, Nursing Homes/Facilities, Doctor’s Offices, Hospitals, other SSP, AAA or APD branches. We do not share information with Lawyer’s offices, Police or other legal entities. We would refer them to the customers worker.
