Meaning of Ayah
إِذَا جَآءَ نَصۡرُ ٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡفَتۡحُ
Allah swt is promising victory to the Muslims after all of their struggles. He is telling them they will be going to Mecca soon
فَسَبِّحۡ بِحَمۡدِ رَبِّكَ وَٱسۡتَغۡفِرۡهُۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ تَوَّابَۢا

The Muslims coming to Mecca saw how many people became Muslim. Allah swt is telling the prophet and the Muslims to thank Allah swt because people were becoming Muslim from their own choice and Allah will forgive them for their past mistakes
وَرَأَيۡتَ ٱلنَّاسَ يَدۡخُلُونَ فِي دِينِ ٱللَّهِ أَفۡوَاجٗا
