When will I receive my credit card?

For RRB is our free corporate loyalty program and allows you to earn points for your business. This is not for a credit card. Credit cards are a separate department.

How do I use my SWABIZ account?

Does southwest airlines have first class?

We don't offer the ability to upgrade your seat but we do offer the ability to upgrade to Business Select for priority boarding. This also offers other benefits such as complimentary drinks, extra points and free inflight internet.

When I book for my employees and they cancel who receives the credit/refunds?

I've signed up for RRB and I flew 2 round trip flights and didn't receive the points. Why is this?

I made that account and I couldn't figure it out and just book on my personal account

I understand that it's a little confusing and there's some 1-time setups before the account becomes seamless for you. I can walk you through that process to get it setup for you. (SWABIZ User Guide)

Are you a contractor?
