Late homework is not accepted unless in rare extenuating circumstances.

Yes, but only with permission and proper citation when used.

You receive "No Credit" for attendance that day.
Can peer workshops be missed without penalty?
No, peer workshops are mandatory, and failure to participate or attend that class affects your grade.

55% (Personal Narrative Essay: 15%, Critical Analysis of an Argument: 20%, Researched Argument: 20%).
