No! Sweating will cause his clothes to get wet and therefore get cold, and that would make him very sad. Tell him to remove layers so he doesn't overheat.
Uh oh! Your buddy's fingers are looking a little freezy. How do you treat their frostbite?
Get them out of the cold and warm their fingers slowly, avoiding anything like fire or hot water that could damage the tissue further.

What is the best way to stay warm when you are building your snow shelter?
Put on layers of clothing and keep moving to generate body heat. Drinking water also helps you regulate your body temperature.
Oopsies! Your buddy got a teeny bit too close to the brillo burner and they developed a second-degree burn. What do you do to treat them?
Run cool water over the affected area and apply a sterile bandage. Make sure they are completely dried off before returning to the snow.
