What is our Level Up Policy?
What is Students who advance faster than intended pace for a 12-week term have the ability to take a test in order to be placed into a higher level before completing 12 full weeks in their current level. If students find their current level not challenging enough, they can schedule a Level Up Test with the Academic Department. The Level-up Tests are administered on Wednesday, every 4 weeks after the test/ progress reports week. (1 pm or 2 pm). The student must have an average grade of 80% or higher to be eligible for taking a level-up test. If the student receives a grade of 80% or higher on the level up test, they will be placed into the next level. If the student does not pass, they must stay in their current level for an additional 4-week module before being eligible to take the Level Up Test again. Students who would like to move down a level are not required to take a level test. However, they must see Academic Department to fill out the appropriate paperwork. They can start their new classes as of next Monday.
