This person oversees a specific market to make sure we have enough contractors and jobs are being performed. This person is also the contractor’s go to person.
Who is the Market Manager?
A metric that describes at any given point in time how many jobs are in a good state or bad state.
What is fulfillment?
An Internal term that describes a piece of our routing tech functionality that takes all undone jobs and new jobs at the end of the day and places them into existing routes where it makes sense.
What is the Sprinkler?
This is a tool we can use when we need to “lock in” a property with one contractor so it doesn’t get routed to anyone else.
What is an RO Placeholder EM?
When creating cases this status is automatically selected until we start working the case to change it.
What is New?
This tool is used by the contractor to properly educate them on processes, procedures and set the right expectations.
What is the CRC or Contractor Resource Center?
An insurance term that refers to the money the contractor would have to pay before the insurance covers the rest.
What is a deductible?
These are common standalone services that consumers can order right from the website.
What is fertilization, aeration, fall Cleanup, and spring cleanup?
Used for Overgrowth or anything you can approve while a contractor is onsite.
What is the adjustment calculator?
This case record type is used when the case is about a bid.
What is Bid Process Details?
This is who you will email if there is an altercation at the property that resulted in a personal injury.

A template we use that shows when and how often we recommend performing lawn mowing tasks in different parts of the country.
