Time against this amendment to the first degree has now elapsed. We will now move directly into voting procedures for this amendment. Would the admin staff please suspend note passing, secure the doors, and take their voting positions. Delegates may vote for, against, or abstain.
Explain the difference between line by line and amendment debate
Line by Line goes over the resolution through each line making amendments to the resolution. No debate occurs during LBL. Amendment debate is when debates occur.

POI, POO, POPI, POIC, POPP MMPQ, MRR, MUC, MEDT, MDH
POPI is when a delegate is a question regarding rules of procedures (e.g when to ask a follow up) POO is when the delegate believes the chair has just done a mistake in procedural matter OR wants to clarify the procedural matter that just happens.
