The voice of the narrator is who is telling the story. Narratives you write for TCAPS will be either 1st person point of view, where the person telling the story is inside the story, or it will be third person point of view, where the person telling the story is outside of the story.

1st person pov uses pronouns like I, me, we. 

3rd person pov uses pronouns like he, she, they.
