The GMP Contract includes a Shared Savings Agreement for a 50-50 split. The GMP Contract value is $5MM, but was completed at a cost of $4.6MM. What value did the CM/GC receive as their portion of the Shared Contract value.
Shared Savings:
$5MM - $4.6MM = 0.4MM ($400,000)
$400,000 x 50% = $200,000
(To each the Owner & the CM/GC)
