Our uniform expectations are Purple polo Monday-Thursday and Grey or Purple Summer shirt on Fridays. Name tags everyday. Bottoms must be black grey or khaki.

You should call the opening mangers no later than 2 hours before your scheduled shift. If you can let us know the night before that's better.

What does it mean to leave no traces? 

Minimize the mess making, Including the kids and if you inherit a mess... Its yours. That means if you close in a classroom that isn't yours, YOU are still responsible for making sure all the closing duties get done. Importantly let a member of management know if its reoccurring. IF you use the last of something like the soap in the bathroom its YOUR job to replace it for the next person. Lastly replace supplies and clean all messes.

Drop off: 

Acknowledge the child and parent, verbally greet and approach everyone that enters the class, discuss the child, talk about the daily plan, help put away personal items and involve the child an activity BEFORE the parent leaves 

Pick Up: 

Acknowledge the parent, greet and approach, talk about the day and share the "one thing", assist with personal items and get them excited for tomorrow by mentioning fun activities.

Electrons: teacher not leading the activity so they are prepping the next activity, cleaning up from the previous activity, wiping noses, changing diapers

What are the closing duties of the first teacher and second teacher out?

First teacher: Grab the rags and trash, check name to face/roll call, check playground and close windows and doors, give yourself enough time to check and change any diapers. 

Second teacher: Sanitize all toys, vacuum, sweep if needed, no toys on the floor, cubbies and shelves clear of clutter, all lights off and mop if didn't complete it during nap. Be sure to check diapers. 

*These things don't have to be done at 6 but completed by the time the last kid leaves. See a member of management if you assistance.
