  1. Please continue to send our customers the e-mail confirming if we were able to enroll our customer or not. (this remains BAU)
  2. Please notate the case in MBO as, 'Eligible' OR 'Not Eligible'
  3. Instead of closing the case out in MBO as 'Eligible' OR 'Not Eligible', please update as 'Answered via Secure Message'. (This will give you the credit of completing the case.)
  4. Please DO NOT actually reply through MBO as this can bog down our system.
