First, you need to confirm if the compromised is on the CODM account or in the Activision account. If it is in the CODM account, you need to recollect all the information from the account and a picture of the linked accounts. After that, you need to escalate the case to T2.
If the Activision account is the one compromised, you need to send the CAR wording.
What do we have to do when a player contact us because they want to delete their account?
If a player mentions that the reason why they want to delete the account is due to privacy concerns, we can proceed to share with them the Privacy Portal information. If the player doesn't mention this, we proceed to tell them we are unable to delete accounts.
