What is the process of refunding a client through Tele-Counseling?

First, the Provider will have to have enough money in their account. It cannot be done if you have a $0 balance. You can then navigate to Session billing tab after the payment has cleared.

Are we anyone's tech support line?

No, we cannot help. While we can do our best to help, we try to provide the tools to our customers so this will not happen. Please direct them to a computer repair shop.
