We do not recommend this as making it happen is very complicated. We would recommend using Paypal, and directing their current clients to utilize that method.

The money gets transferred every Friday all at once from the current balance. Which can be found on the Session Billing page.
Do we help our Customers clients with the telecounseling software or technical issues?
We do not. We try to provide thorough instructions to allow the provider to be the best instructor they can be.

Verifying the Client is signing up using the same email you sent the invitation.
What are the four easy steps to get a client added, booked, and checked in a session?
Go to Manage Clients> Add Client> Schedule Session> Check In

What is the process of refunding a client through Tele-Counseling?
First, the Provider will have to have enough money in their account. It cannot be done if you have a $0 balance. You can then navigate to Session billing tab after the payment has cleared.

No, we cannot help. While we can do our best to help, we try to provide the tools to our customers so this will not happen. Please direct them to a computer repair shop.
