All Spectrum remotes can be used on any guide type however the Spectrum guide remote was designed specifically for the Spectrum guide boxes.
This package is the only one that includes regional sports packages.
TV Select Plus.
This flow would be used for 3rd party apps used with the worldbox/ spectrum guide boxes.

ESPN+ is now being known as this name.
ESPN Unlimited and ESPN Select
This guide type has users set up their remote control through the settings menu.
Spectrum Guide boxes. specifically, the 101,110,201,210 boxes.
This package allows customers to change their channels once a billing cycle.
TV Choice 15.
This flow is used for customers unable to rewind or fast forward their recordings.

This tv package is the only one that is eligible for all of the seamless entertainment offers.
TV Select Plus
This feature is found on the Spectrum Guide and ODN receivers that automatically turns of the cable box after a period of time.
Power Save Mode.
These packages allow customers to see most of the sports games available in three different leagues.
NHL Center Ice, MLB Extra Innings, NBA League Pass. also known as Seasonal Sports Packages.
This flow is used to troubleshoot black screens on channels.
Video > Picture > Missing Channels/Channels Unavailable/No Signal/Black Screen
These two seamless entertainment options allow customers to activate their subscriptions via spectrum.net and their own websites.
AMC+ and Paramount+
In the I-Guide how would you access the settings menu?
By pressing the menu button twice.
This add on allows customers to record their programs through the STVA.
Cloud DVR Unlimited.
This flow is used to troubleshoot distorted audio on a channel.
Video> Audio > Audio Issues (Including EAS)
These services are required for a customer to purchase streaming services through Spectrum.
They do not need to have Spectrum services if they are purchasing their subscription to the available streaming services. The customer would pay using their credit card and the order would be processed through Ascendon.
