This number is estimated based on what was worked the month before.  For locations with full time cooks, this number would adjust up to 1 FT staff each day

Why do the numbers for the breaker role change every month?

The breaker hours are based on how many staff are required for ratio coverage based on the FTE report.  If the ratios change in the program or there is an efficiency this would change the breaker hours.

How do you loan a staff member on ADP?

The Location ID, Room ID and the Location all need to be changed.

Both directors need to approve the timecard.

At least once per day. Additionally, check on Wednesdays for weekly totals/overtime reduction.

What happens if a job title has not been updated?

The job title links the staff to the categories of Director, Teacher or Support.  If the job title doesn’t reflect the role the hours will be allocated in the wrong category and will affect whether you meet your staffing target.
