- dress in appropriate and modest clothing
- treat our bodies with respect and keep them preserved and covered from others
- avoid looking at bad things on TV or in magazines
- not listen to bad things (swear words, inappropriate joking, filthy language)
- not reach out or use hands to hit people or grab something

Bearing false witness means lying, forgery, hiding the truth when it needs to be revealed, and saying the wrong things about others out of hate.
