What does fixed lease mean?
It means a lease that is for a certain amount of time, from the time of commencement and the day of termination stated on the lease

The landlord is required to have either the full amount/deducted amount given back to you within 10 days.
Can you request an application fee as a landlord?
No, you can't.
Are you required to have tenants insurance before moving into the property?
Yes, they legally have too and show proof to the landlord
What is a restriction of rent increase?
The landlord must give at least 4 months notice to a rental increase unless it is a manufactured home space lease, then its seven months prior
Can your land-lord request and receive a damage deposit more then the rent amount?
No, the damage deposit is actually suppose to be half of rent.
When can your landlord enter the property?
It must be during day light hours and they must give you at least 24 hours notice before entering
Yes, you are required to find a sub-letter and/or pay rent until you do.
What does the term "anniversary date" refer too?
A date on which the lease was first entered into.
As a landlord are you required to hold onto a previous tenants personal belongings?
Yes.
A landlord must keep personal belongings for at least 60 days before throwing it out and/or using it towards a remainder of rent/storage.
