What are the Robot inspection and Field inspection?

- Demonstration of reliable control components.

- Lessons-learned (in the Engineering Portfolio) regarding what worked/what didn't with regards to sensors, hardware, algorithms, and code.

Judges observe and judge the team during the interview/presentation and by reviewing the Engineering Portfolio.  According to Game Manual 1, the judges base team awards on these two other categories.

In the event of a scoring tie between two teams, this portion of the team's matches are averaged first to break the tie.
