Deep Breaths. Talk to someone about how you're feeling. Have a "Get to" mindset instead of a "Have to" mindset. Go to your happy place.
What can happen to your test score if you skip questions and don't go back to answer them?
The question will be marked wrong if you don't go back to answer it and you score will be lower.
Why should you skip questions that your are having a really hard time with? What should you do at the end of the test?
Those questions can make you feel frustrated and angry. Skip the questions and go answer the easy ones but make sure you return to the skipped questions so you don't get it wrong for not answering it.
