1. Analyze peer's work give feedback.
2. Feedback should help improve on mistakes but worded in a cordial tone
3. Give peers positive feedback on things they did well

A collection of people or groups that work towards a common goal through communication, are a part of everyone’s lives because each and every person is involved with other people in some sort of way (Swales, 471-473)
