What is karuta and how is it played?
Karuta is a speed poem game based on the 100 year poems. After placing 25 cards each and memorizing their position, the players try to find the card first as the reader reads the poems. The first person to find the card wins the card. If you steal from your opponents territory, you place on of your cards in their territory. First person to run out of cards wins.
