Friendly reminder: some of you are gonna be really upset when your time off REQUESTS get denied. We will work together to accommodate some of the requests, but as it stands, there are WAY too many people requesting off for Christmas. Why y'all need 5 days off????
Other reminder: the people who have submitted time off requests earlier get priority. Max of 3 people requests off per day. If you see 3 people have already requested days off, yours will likely be denied.
What conversion goal gets us full commission?
20%. Anything below that will get us half commission.
Last month, we sat at 15%, so from 11/22-11/30 all commissions will be paid as half.
What is the maximum number of cars that should ever be loaded onto the PBS?
2. The one you're currently loading, and the one you are preloading.
True or false: Using WD-40 on the canisters to wipe them off is optional, but not mandatory, each and every night?
FALSE! This is why we prefer 9:30s so everything can be done correctly each night.
At what temperature are we allowed to keep the rear garage door timer on?
Anything below 32. Timer should be off and front garage door should be up for anything above 32.
Friendly Reminder: Any jackets, coats or uniforms should be taken home each day, or personal items should be stored in the cupboard. These drawers should be work/office related only! (CSATs I'm okay with)

Is preloading optional?
NO. When we get super busy, preloading will help the line move faster and get more cars loaded per hour.
Do you need to audibly say "Please and thank you" to every vehicle while loading?
YES. Must be heard over wash functions as well.
When it snows, what are we responsible for keeping clear?
Sidewalks, queue, entrance pad, underneath vacuums to name a few.

Talking with customers and checking wash quality.
Yes, trash and vacs are important, but I don't wanna see you switch from loading and go straight out with the trash can.
What should go in the plate and barcode field when selling a 30/90 day gift membership?
The entire number on the back of the green gift card. You might need to change it from GP*** to 8001. If they are not changed, the card will not be able to be activated at the kiosk.
After the cars get loaded all the way in, what hand sign should you do go to get them to stop?
Hand(s) up, palms out. No fists, no whatever this is, no "shift gear" motion. Palms up.
If you notice one of the side high pressures lasering, what is one of the two things should you do?
Preferred: Replace it with another.
Other: Mark it on the tunnel check board.
Busy busy busy, how many cars should we be able to wash during peak times?
100-120. We want the cars to be less than 4 feet apart when we're busy.

Should you EVER walk behind a car before it is rolling?
NO!!!! This is the #1 way to get hurt. Too many cars pop rollers and you should still be on the driver side of the conveyor until you are sure they are in neutral.
