The first commandment with a promise

Obey them not only to win their favor when their eye is on you, but as slaves of Christ, doing the will of God from your heart. Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not people, because you know that the Lord will reward each one for whatever good they do, whether they are slave or free.)
The Holy Spirit is described as this guaranteeing our inheritance in God
What is a seal or a deposit? (Eph 1:13-14 - And you also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession—to the praise of his glory.)
According to Ephesians 2:5, because of what Jesus Christ has done, God gave us this
What is new life? (Eph 2:4-5 (NIrV) - But God loves us deeply. He is full of mercy. So he gave us new life because of what Christ has done. He gave us life even when we were dead in sin...)
In Ephesians 3:16-17, Paul prays that according to the riches of God's glory he may grant you to be strengthened with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that this would happen

The gifts given to the church are these
What are apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers? (Eph 4:11-12 - So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up)
In Ephesians 5:8, Paul encourages the believers to live as children of this
What is light? (Eph 5:8 - for at one time you were darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light.)
Masters (and those with authority today) are to treat those who serve under them remembering that our Master does not show this
What is favoritism? (Eph 3:9 And masters, treat your slaves in the same way. Do not threaten them, since you know that he who is both their Master and yours is in heaven, and there is no favoritism with him.)
For his audience to know the hope of God's calling, Paul prayed that this would be enlightened
What is the eyes of your heart? (Eph 1:18 - having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope to which he has called you, what are the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints)
For it is by this you have been saved through faith -- and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God
What is grace? (Eph 2:8 - For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God)
In Ephesians 3:18, Paul prays that they being rooted and established in love would have power together with all the Lord's holy people to hold onto this
What is how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ? (Eph 3:17b-18 - And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ)
According to Ephesians 4:29, you shouldn't let this out of your mouth
What is any unwholesome or evil talk? (Eph 4:29 - Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.)
Ephesians 5:18 exhorts us to not get drunk on wine but to be filled with this
Who is the Holy Spirit? (Eph 5:18-20 - And do not get drunk with wine, for that is debauchery, but be filled with the Spirit, addressing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody to the Lord with your heart, giving thanks always and for everything to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ)
Ephesians 6:11 exhorts believers to put on this, so we can take a stand against the devil's schemes
What is the full armor of God? (Eph 6:11 - Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil.)
Jesus is the head of this, which is his body
What is the church? (Eph 1:22-23 - And God placed all things under his [Jesus'] feet and appointed him to be head over everything for the church, which is his body, the fullness of him who fills everything in every way.)

Paul concludes his prayer in chapter 3 with a benediction: "Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be this forever and ever. Amen."

According to Ephesians 4:31 - the things you should get rid of are these

The pattern for wives AND husbands is that the are to do this out of reverence for Christ

Paul concludes his letter with a benediction, sending these three blessings to the brothers and sisters, and all who love our Lord Jesus Christ with an undying love
What are peace, love, and grace? (Eph 6:23-24 - Peace to the brothers and sisters, and love with faith from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. Grace to all who love our Lord Jesus Christ with an undying love.)
