**DOUBLE JEOPARDY!!!!**
(Article 2, Section 1: The Presidency)
What can be told about the Founding Fathers from the Presidential Oath?
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States."
It can be told that the Founding Fathers wanted the President to do his best to apply the Constitution and never do something unfair that isn't in the Constitution.
