Jury

Guilty
This Officer of the Law will present evidence to the Judge, swear in witness and escort you out of the courtroom if you are disruptive. Who is this person?
The Bailiff
This court appointed attorney will represent you in your trial, is there to prove you are innocent of the charges brought against you or will get you the least amount of jail time if you are found guilty.
Public Defender
This person is appointed to hear cases and decide on them. They are there to make sure you have a fair trial and the only one who can give out a punishment if you are found guilty.
The Judge
This person types everything said during a trial and will read it back to the court if asked by the Judge.
