This act can be practiced in multiple ways suiting an individual.
What is self-love?
Official Month and year in which we celebrate and cherish African- American history in the United States through its trials and tribulations. We learn African American history and shed light on their contribution to the United States' foundation.

Who is Sojourner Truth?
