Yes because of how the outburst by his father is synonymous with the Adam and Eve story; the same way that God lashed out and banished Adam and Eve from the Garden of Eden, Gregor’s father lashed out and banished him to his room.

Because he was the person who made the money in the family and they depended on him a lot.
How did Gregor feel when the family was moving the furniture?
Gregor felt depressed because he even went out to stop them from moving it and it concluded to him feeling no value towards anything anymore. He had his human memories with the furniture.

Yes, because of how he realized that his family including his dad was just using him.

He felt as if his Metamorphosis freed him from his responsibilities like work, providing money for the family, and etc.

A symbolic significance this might have is that the apple being thrown to Gregor has a religious meaning to it. Just like the apple came between Adam, Eve, and God, the apple came in between Gregor and his father

Why was life for him as a human so hard?
His life as a human consisted of only his work and not being able to create a life outside of it dehumanized him because it did not allow him to open up and explore different things outside of his job.
