What is confidentiality at TMS and how might it apply?
Staff, students, and caregivers ALL will have the right to confidentiality. We cannot disclose why someone is not at work, called in, or taking time off. If told things in confidence (if not immediate harm to someone) they will remain that way. Not to be confused with mandated reporter information.
Dress Code?
Business Casual- comfortable shoes, no low cut, no short dresses, skirts, or shorts, clean clothes/appearance, see HUB for more details

When should I have my personal cell phone out?

Smartwatches, phones, and pagers (yes the handbook says that) must be silenced while working AND put out of sight.

Hourly Employees-Lunch Break
You MUST clock out and back in for your 30 minute lunch break if you are leaving the campus. If remaining on campus you may stay clocked in.
What does mandated reporter mean for me?
Any suspicion of child abuse, neglect, or harm has to be reported to CPS. You may not "investigate" or ask probing questions. You do not need to discuss this with anyone and if you have questions or the need to please contact your immediate supervisor and/or Sherria

You will need to contact your supervisor and take a personal day. Due to liability issues staff cannot bring their children with them to work.
Please first go to your immediate supervisor. If it is not resolved they can set up a meeting with Head of School.
What are refrigerator temps?
All fridges with student food stored are required to be temped and logged daily, see you coordinator!
