Recess Mood combines mood lifting magnesium and balancing adaptogens to calm the mind and lift the mood.
Main ingredient is Magnesium L-threonate. It’s the only form of magnesium that actually can get into your brain, helping your brain make neurotransmitters (like dopamine and serotonin) which are responsible for making you feel good. No other beverage on the market is using this form of magnesium in RTD.
