What is the "reason for referral"?
The minor and/or sponsor may move or change placements to a location more convenient to another USCRI team or partner agency.
When is a a case transfer needed?
This person submits case closures to the Program Support specialist, the Quality Assurance Team, and the Program Operations Manager via email.
Who is the regional supervisor?
Within 14 days of case acceptance.
When is the reason for referral due/completed?
This person will email the Regional Supervisor who supervises the location where the minor has moved
Who is the regional supervisor that oversees the case?
This case is closed on the date of last attempted contact after there have been 30 days of no contact.
What is Loss of contact?
Release Request, Significant Incident Reports, Home Study Report, Any additional assessments

These cases close within 90 days of activation
What are PRS Only and PRS with ORR mandated HS or discretionary HS?
The Reason for Referral Minor / Reason for Referral Sponsor, and Narrative for Reason for Referral.
Which sections need to be completed?
This facility does not need to be notified of PRS case management change
What is ORR?
This case is closed within the 18th birth date or date immigration proceedings are closed (whichever occurs first).
What is a PRS-TVPRA?
The case manager will be best able to serve the child and family and address their individual needs.

What is the PRS Case Transfer Worksheet?
When this type of case is closed the Regional Supervisor must ensure the closure home visit report in Apricot is approved and signed within 14 calendars after the date.
