What does 'milieu style' mean? Why is it beneficial? 

Milieu style means working in a group or community. It is similar to the way society runs; if one person speeds and crashes into another, even if the other wasn't speeding, they still have to experience the consequences of the person that was speeding. The goal is: you actions impact yourself AND others, and thus you should be conducting yourself in a way that benefits you AND others.
