This question was tricky as both are pretty lackluster and miss the readers engagement part of the topic sentence that it needs. Aside from that B gave a better more in depth version of the main point.
Trees supply a country with all the timber necessary for buildings and furniture and provide abundant fuel to the localities nearby. But the greatest use of the trees lies in their power to attract rain and preserve moisture. The leaves of a tree always give off moisture and this constant evaporation cools the surrounding atmosphere. The result is that when the winds laden with moisture blow over a tree, the moisture they carry is condensed and forms clouds that ultimately dissolve in rain.
Trees form an important part of the wealth of a country, and we should stop cutting trees to save the world.
A good book can help you understand why people act as they do.
Just looking at this topic sentence I'd have to look for a while to figure out the topic just from this.
Although gardening has many health benefits people still need to exercise caution when outside.

A healthy body can earn great wealth but, a wealthy person cannot earn great health. We live in a fast-moving world where individuals have no time for themselves. Most part of their life withers away in search of materialistic wealth in order to outshine others but, along the way, they lose their health. Wealth matters, but, is not as important as health. Spending lots of money on junk food in five-star hotels or on other entertainment sources like watching films for a day and so on has no advantages other than self-satisfaction.

It is a pity that girl children especially in underdeveloped countries are victims of extreme negligence and dishonour. The birth of a girl child is looked upon by the parents as a cause of pity. They are deprived of proper nutrition, education, economic facilities, and social status or honour.
