You accidentally overslept your alarm and missed an important class. You’re embarrassed and don’t want to reach out to your Professor or TA to let them know what happened, but you’re concerned about what you missed.
Let them know :) / Ask friends/classmates about what was covered / Don't have to tell them you overslept, can always just say you were unfortunately unable to attend

You find yourself sleeping a lot and not being able to get out of bed. You’re going to the dining hall to eat, but otherwise, you’re avoiding work and not responding to your faculty.
Things are not going well and that's okay! But the first step is to acknowledge that and to accept help. There so many different resources available that can help with this, don't feel like you have to do everything alone! Talk to CPG, talk to a Peer Support Worker, call their crisis line, talk to a friend, your FYSA, your PM, etc. It's hard to ask for help but trust me, things get so much easier when you do :))
