The section of a stage just in front of the curtain line.
What is the Apron?
A musical centered around one of the founding fathers, an immigrant from the Caribbean who founded the Federalist party and created America's financial system.
What is Hamilton?
The group of people participating in putting on the production, referring to both the performers and those who remain backstage such as tech or stage managers.
What are the cast and crew?
The sections on each side of the stage that are out of view to the audience.
What are the wings?
A musical centered around the Wizard of Oz's Wicked Witch of The West and her counterpart, the good witch.
Different small sections of a play or musical. They are usually divided by a brief change of the set, closing of a curtain, or blackout.
What are scenes?
A legendary actor who both plays flute and played the role of Dr. Finsdale in the 2022 production of "Li'l Abner".
Who is Elias Pacleb?
An infamous musical centered around a feline named Victoria being abandoned by her family and placed in an unfamiliar environment.
What is Cats?
Large sections of a play or musical defined by elements such as climax or rising action.
What are acts?
A play that is rumored to curse anyone who speaks its name.
An actress who lost the leading role in "My Fair Lady" to Audrey Hepburn, only to beat her in the Oscar for Best Actress in Mary Poppins.
A long, uninterrupted speech/portion of dialogue by a singular character.
