• Multiple IDs presented contain the same issue and expiration dates or contain different address, date of birth or physical characteristics. ID issue date is within the last 90 calendar days
• Person in photo on both IDs is wearing the same clothing - appears to be a duplicate photo or a picture taken on the same day and being used for two IDs
• Passport book is not bound. Cover and pages are added using glue, staples, string/thread, folded, not secure, etc.
