Climate because in the text it says they have lived there for 50 years, which is a long time. They said that Arizona is sunny and usually 75ºF. That is describing weather over a long period of time

Evaporation is the process in which heat energy from the sun warms the surface of a body of water, heating the water molecules and creating water vapor which begins traveling up into the atmosphere.

Describe condensation
Condensation occurs after evaporation. Once the water vapor (gas) reaches the atmosphere, it begins to condense due to the cold temperatures and turn into water droplets (liquid). When enough water droplets collect, clouds form.

This is condensation, it is the process in which gas molecules (water vapor in the air) hit a cold surface (glass) and condense (turn from gas to liquid) forming droplets of water!

Describe precipitation and its relationship to temperature
Precipitation occurs once clouds release water after becoming too heavy in the form of rain, sleet, snow or hail. If the temperature is above 32ºF, the freezing point of water, precipitation will fall as rain. If the temperature is below 32ºF, precipitation will fall as snow, sleet, or hail.

A lake because it has a larger surface area! That means that MORE heat energy can reach the surface of the water. Heat energy is what causes evaporation !
