Tell them that there is no way for us to know which will be faster, and ask which organization they would like to check in with.

You see an inebriated spectator on the concourse, what do you do?
Find a captain, or notify a SiC to find a captain. Do not approach them yourselves.
What color are the special guest wristbands? The family wristbands?

Once a spectator receives a text that their Digital Line pass is ready, how long do they have to report to the floor?

Who has full access to the BJC?
PROBED: Police, R&R Captains, OPP Captains, BJC Staff (with credentials), EMS, and Directors.
Where do you meet on the event level for a pass sweep?

Tell them that they cannot enter through the 1855 Club, and that they must go around to Gate A to enter the BJC.
When someone arrives to the 1855 club with a wristband already on, which tab on DASH do you use to check them in?

What are the general spectator pass colors?
Red, Grape, Ultra Lime, Bright Blue, and Salmon.
What do you do if you type in a spectators name and it doesn't show up on DASH?
Ask if they have a nickname they go by, or have a SiC do a pass list search.
When someone arrives to the 1855 club without a wristband on, which tab on DASH do you use to check them in?

What does a spectator need to access the floor?
Be on a Pass list, have an available Pass, completed the appropriate passholder quiz, have their ID, and have their DLMS wristband.
How full does a portal need to be for closing protocol to start?
80% full or 2 full rows left
How often do pass sweeps occur?
Every 30 minutes
A spectator left their section and the portal closed while they were gone. They come back and ask to re-enter, what should you do? If the spectator begins to get visibly angry what else should you do?
Let the spectator know that they cannot get access to the portal. They can perform a 1 to 1 swap with you present, or go to the upper bowl and wait for the portal to open back up.
If they begin to get angry, call for a SiC to defuse the situation (or a captain if they're nearby).
