What is the difference between a consequence and a reward?
A consequence is a result of your action and can be positive or negative. A reward is given and it is always positive.

Give yourself space, take deep breaths, etc.

Angry, upset, frustrated, etc.

That the person bullying me is mean; that I didn't do anything to deserve being bullied; etc.

Reward: You only have to make on trip.
Consequence: The bags could break causing something to break or your arms could hurt from bringing in all the bags at once.

Reward: You get to watch a new movie.
Consequences: You are going to be hungry because you didn't buy food.
