Not popular to say not popular to hear your roof needs to be done as soon as possible, the reason I say that is because your roof is cooking from the inside out causing your already thin wood to deteriorate requiring full wood replacement. My fear is that your missing shingles and curled shingles are causing water to seep through the first layers of your wood, considering how thin your wood is if water fully soaks through your wood your home will be vulnerable because water will be in the home.
