Performs all duties of the President in her absence, incapacitation or at the request of the President, except signs checks.

Red candle, white candle, gavel, candle lighter, candle snuffer, Ritual, Delta Pennant, Chapter Management Handbook, Constitution and Bylaws, white table cloth and Robert's Rules of Order.
What are Delta properties?
Membership ID card, chapter member verification, membership number, and/or Driver's license if needed.
How chapters verify visiting sorors who attend chapter meeting?
25% of financial members shall be present.
What is a quorum?
I am at every chapter meeting, Memorial Observance, Regional Conference, Rededication Ceremony, Pyramid Induction Ceremony, Jewel Ceremony, and Initiation Ceremony.
What is the Ceremonial Table?
Easily recognized at National Conventions and Regional Conferences wearing white robes.
Who are Assistants to the Sergeant-at-Arms?
One-time only committee, appointed for special assignments.
What is an Ad Hoc Committee?
A special candleholder with nine candles.
What is the Sigma?
Calls to get attention to begin Regional Conference and National Convention opening ceremony.

All chapters shall be governed by this.
What are Grand Chapter Constitution and Bylaws?
The floral tribute is rectangular, white satin, with 11 violet sprays across the top and bottom. The 22 violets sprays are symbolic of our Founders.
What is the Omega Omega pillow?
Has the task of warning sorors in violation of proper attire at chapter meeting, Eboard meeting, virtual meeting, Regional Conferences, and National Conventions
